Additional Inspection Services
Aerial Drone Photography
We have an Aerial Drone for use during inspections. The drone collects high-quality aerial images, making it a great tool for inspecting hard-to-access roofs and to see entire properties.
We use a Thermal Imaging camera during inspections to see areas of the home that can’t be seen with the naked eye. This can allow us to find and diagnose a number of issues, including where moisture intrusion is present, electrical hot spots, or areas of heat loss.
A Moisture Meter is used during inspections to measure the amount of moisture in different areas of the home. This tool helps us pinpoint the area where moisture intrusion is present and helps us diagnose potential moisture damage.
After a Buyer’s Home Inspection has been completed, the buyer and seller will agree upon necessary repairs. After all changes have been made, we can come back to the home and perform a Re-Inspection. During this inspection, we ensure that all issues were addressed as agreed upon and that both parties are on the same page moving forward with their deal.
Seller’s Home Inspection
Before putting a home on the market, sellers should schedule a Seller’s Home Inspection. We inspect the home for any issues that buyers would find upon receiving their own inspections, allowing the seller time to make repairs ahead of time. This makes the home more attractive and valuable once it is finally listed.
New Construction Inspection
New homes should be inspected before they are scheduled to receive a final walkthrough. It is possible for small defects to be present in construction, and we thoroughly inspect the home for anything that the builder should repair before their project is complete.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Builders can ensure that a project is done correctly from beginning to end by scheduling New Construction Phase Inspections. We will inspect each important phase of construction as it is completed so that the builder knows no issues are present before moving on.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
Many newly-built homes are sold with a year-long builder’s warranty. This warranty protects the new homeowner from being financially responsible for defects in the home’s construction. To take full advantage of the warranty, owners should have the home inspected for any issues that are present during the 11th month of their coverage.
Light Commercial Inspection
We provide Light Commercial Inspections for anyone who owns or is about to buy a small commercial building. Please call us for more information about the property sizes we inspect.
Mold in the home can upset allergies, asthma, and other respiratory issues. We can inspect a home for signs of mold growth and for mold spores in the air. If mold is found, we will offer our professional remediation advice.
Radon is a toxic gas that is known to cause health issues as severe as lung cancer. The invisible, odorless, and tasteless gas cannot be detected without professional equipment. We offer Radon Testing for anyone who is buying or selling a home and wants to make sure it is safe.
